The Morning Benders are an indie band out of Berkeley, CA. They have toured in support of some big names like Grizzly Bear and Death Cab for Cutie. In many ways, I would compare their sound to Vampire Weekend’s.
‘Excuses’ is the first track off of their new EP, Big Echo. Lead singer Chris Chu describes it as, “A song about… falling in love for the first time.”
