With so many blogs out there on the internetz, our goal is to differentiate NSK from the rest by being true to our name and not being just some blog. As we continue posting and sharing music, we are always looking for new ways to get our readers involved with the site. Therefore, NotSomeKid has ventured out into the wild world of nightlife, and is now offering party/event hosting.

About Not Some Kid Entertainment:

Founded in the beginning of a new decade, NSK Entertainment is on a mission to bring together people with a passion for music and nightlife. Simply put, we offer a common ground for those who want to share their interests, meet new people, and have a great time doing it all.

It all began with three bloggers with a strong interest in music. Sharing the music we love with as many people as possible led to relationships with up-and-coming artists, which, combined with a growing network of friends and listeners, opened an obvious window of opportunity: breaking into nightlife.

The initial 3 then joined forces with New York City nightlife entrepreneurs in the summer of 2010 to throw parties, performances, and other events at a wide variety of venues.

Our Mission:

Whatever the future holds, our roots will always run in the music. As we each possess a unique viewpoint and taste, our blog and the artists we work with break the boundaries of any one specific genre, and a constantly growing base of listeners has begun to attract industry attention. Hopefully we’ll help you find the music you want, while at the same time opening your eyes to entirely new music and providing free promotion for artists.

What we offer:

We currently have partnerships with several clubs, bars, promoters, DJs, and artists, in addition to a network of thousands ages 18-24. Whether you are a manager interested in taking your artist to the next level, or somebody looking for a cool venue for having a birthday party, NSK Entertainment is here to help you every step of the way.
