Not Some Kid

Dearest NSK readers and fans.

Over the past 2 months our site has experienced a multitude of server issues. As a result, we elected to take the site down while we repaired it. I am happy to announce the re-launch of Not Some Kid, and with that a renewed commitment from our team to bring you the music that has created the Not Some Kid identity that we all love so much. We will attempt to post some must-have music that we missed while we were down, but we will mainly focus on the present and future of NSK as we aim to take our site to new heights with your help.

2012 was an intriguing year for us here at NSK, seeing exceptional growth for our site which lead to the expansion of our staff of writers, and unrivaled excitement for our future. But with the end of the semester, I along with the other founding members of NSK — Immaculate and Rudolph — graduated. This marked the first true shift in the site’s direction. It was a challenge to manage our dive into the ‘real world’ coupled with the site/server issues we were hit with, but we are back & cannot wait to see what we can accomplish in the future.

Please feel free to contact us with any ideas, requests, or desires you may have regarding the site. If you are interested in contributing to the future of Not Some Kid, please email us. We appreciate everyone who reached out while we were down, you have no idea how much that meant to us. We do this for you, and welcome any and all ideas that could create a more enjoyable experience for our readership.

Additionally, let us know if you encounter any problems while navigating the site, as some issues may still remain (we hope not, though).
